Testing Coordinator

Status: Open

Location: Remote position (due to COVID-19): Yes, until restrictions are lifted

Role Details:

​
​Provide guidance to the individual teams for unit and system testing activities.
Plan for and lead the day-to-day testing activities for Integration Testing.
Maintain the testing work plan, in conjunction with the Application Manager, Project Architect, and Team Leads.
Coordinate the tasks involved in executing, validating, reporting, and resolving activities related to each Integration Testing cycle.
Ensure that regulatory requirements are met for documentation of testing, including FDA, CAP, JCAHO and HIPAA.
Provide guidance to the Team Leads concerning input to develop test scenarios by providing the blueprint for conducting individual tests.
Review testing results and coordinate problem resolution.
Facilitate the overall testing effort.
Document Integration Testing results with the completion of each testing cycle.

 

AMB Certified Consultant

Status: Open

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 60 days

Nurse Triage certification is a plus

 

Real-Time Eligibility

Duration: 90 - 120 days

Location: Houston. Remote position (due to COVID-19): Yes, until restrictions are lifted

Role Details:

Additional requirements/certifications/etc: Real-time Eligibility Certification is required, Cadence and Prelude Certifications are preferred. 

 

Go Live Coordinator

Status: Open

Start Date: 6/1/20

Duration: 4/30/2021 with potential extend

Location: Houston. Remote position (due to COVID-19): Yes, until restrictions are lifted

Role Details:

Define cut over and Go Live activities and work plan;
Coordinate the tasks involved in executing, validating, reporting, and resolving activities related to appointment conversion, (surgical) case conversion, clinical data backload including height/weight/allergies, problem list, and orders;
Ensure that regulatory requirements are met for management of PHI;
Provide guidance to the Team Leaders concerning input to cut over and Go Live Plan;
Develop cut over and Go Live staffing plan and schedule;
Coordinate cut over dry runs; and
Facilitate the cut over and Go Live event.

 

Epic Cogito Business Analyst

Duration: 1 month to start, but could extend month to month based on the client’s ability to find a FTE for the role1
