“Problematic Investment” means a particular investment project in China that has stopped making profit and increasing value, and is going to loose money, and even face the possibility of total failure, due to the reasons of wrong strategic decisions, market changes, raw material changes, policy risks, political risks, fund shortages and legal disputes.

EICC, partnered with Dacheng Law Firm in China, has the capability of diagnosing the problems of a “sick” investment project, proposing a solution plan, and executing the solution plan to “cure” the problems. The “sick” investment project will be recovered and regain the function of making profit and increasing value. EICC provides its clients with two services for the problematic investments in China.
