BridgingSingles.com Service Contract

This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Member") and bridgingsingles.com (the "Owner"). All terms of the Agreement are binding on both parties. This written Agreement is intended to be a final expression of any and all terms agreed to by both parties to this Agreement.

This Agreement shall apply to any and all transactions arising out of or related to services provided by Owner in connection with bridingsingles.com.

By registering, Member agrees to all terms contained in this Agreement, and acknowledges that Member has read and agrees with all terms contained in the privacy statement.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party for any reason. Termination is effective upon the sending of notice of termination to the other party. Notice may be sent via e-mail or regular mail.

Owner has the right to suspend membership or terminate membership for any breach or anticipated breach of this agreement.

Owner is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the negligent or grossly negligent conduct in connection with the use of Owner’s services.

Member shall not allow their access to the site to be used by anyone else.

Member must be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.

Member agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations during the use of Owners services.

Member agrees to use the service for personal use, and shall not send chain email, solicitation, or advertisements.

Member will not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other Protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the owner of such materials.

Member agrees that by posting information or content to any public area of the Service, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the Owner and other Members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Each member agrees to assume all risks involved with any type of communication or contact with any other member. Neither Owner nor any of the Owners, employees, will be liable for any damage (including verbal or physical abuse) resulting from communication or contact between members.

Member shall not post or publish any defamatory, slanderous, libel, offensive, racial, sexually offensive or obscene material of any sort.

Member shall not publish any nude, or obscene or offensive photographs or depiction of any kind; these include photos of others or yourself.

Owner reserves the right to remove any such material from the Service without notice and contact the proper authorities if appropriate.

Member shall not harass or disturb any other member, and Owner shall not be liable for any such behavior.

Member shall not transmit any spyware, or program or information of any type designed to spy or directly another member’s software or computer.

Member shall only use the Owner’s services to meet other members for dating purposes, no escort or prostitution will be permitted and any such usage shall be reported to the police.

Organizations may not become members.

Member shall not perform any activity that leads to the storage, or use of other member’s personal information or contact information, including email addresses, IP addresses and other information of other members.

Member shall not use other members’ information for any illegal use. Owner shall reserve the right to use any and all means of redressability, including civil, criminal, and injunctive relief.

Owner shall have the right to refuse any member any services for any reason.

Member shall not post any personal identification or contact information for other members. In case a member violates this term of the agreement, Owner shall reserve the right to suspend the breaching member from use of the sites services or remove the personal content to the extent necessary to achieve compliance with this term.

Owner shall have the right to terminate or modify the services provided to any and all members at anytime. Owner shall notify all members of any and all changes via e-mail. Member has the responsibility to check for any such notice.

Member shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner and as the provider of the Site infrastructure, their officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees on a solicitor and his own client basis) relating to or arising out of member’s use of the Site or Service, including any breach by member of the Terms of this Agreement and our Email, Acceptable Usage, Privacy and other terms and conditions posted on the Site.

Member shall have received notice that member may be subject to exposure to obscene or offensive materials posted illegally or legally by members or non-members. Member shall have received notice that any personal information posted by member may be used by another member or non member for any legal or non legal act. Member agrees to assume all risks associated with the above terms and agrees to Owners disclaimer of liability associated with the breach of this agreement or any other unlawful act arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the services provided for by Owner.

Member agrees to allow Owner to monitor member’s usage, communication, or contact with other members. Member agrees to allow owner to suspend, or deny member’s usage for any reason resulting from the Owner’s monitoring privilege.

Member assumes the risk of loss for all damages resulting from any activity arising out of or related to member’s usage of the site. This includes and is not limited to damages resulting from: information lost or stolen, damages arising out of contact or communication with any members or non-members, privacy violations, slander, libel, sexual misconduct, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, physical abuse.

Owner disclaims any and all liability by Owner or any of Owner’s employees resulting from any services provided by Owner. Owner does not guaranty any of its services or any of its employees work or services.

Owner provides service on an “As is” basis without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

Owner, specifically disclaims any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Member and Owner agree that the Laws of the State of Texas shall govern this agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement.

Member and Owner agree that the C.I.S.G. shall not apply to any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement.

This agreement shall remain in force until either party terminates the agreement.

There are no refunds.

This is a final expression of all terms, no terms may be implied, inferred, or added.
