Q. How do I delete all my spam mail without going page by page?
A. You must have enabled the Spam folder feature first. If you do not have a Spam folder under your mail menu, please contact SunNet support to help you enable this feature.
From your Inbox:
1. Click on the “Folders” button at the top of your screen. You will see a list of your mail folders.
2. Check the “Spam” folder checkbox.
3. In the “Action” menu, select “Empty Folder” and you will be directed to click the button to confirm.
