Checking Your SunNet Emails Online

Q. Where do I go to check my emails using my browser?
A. http://webmail.<your domain>.com

Q. What user name should I use to log in?
A. The user name is your full email address.

Reading your email
You can read your email online using Horde. This popular Webmail application allows you to read and save your email, keep an address book and perform all other basic email functions that you are used to. The main difference between Webmail and an offline email application, such as Eudora or Microsoft Outlook Express, is that all of these functions are performed online (rather than on your own computer) and offline applications generally provide more features.

Webmail is optional. You can still use your favorite offline email applications if you prefer. You can even use a combination of Webmail applications and other tools. You can check your email online when you're at work and download your email to your computer when you get home. You can automatically configure Outlook Express or manually configure other mail applications to read your email offline.

Accessing different accounts
You can click on the Webmail link in the Mail area to access your default email account, or click on the Add/Remove accounts link and click on the Read Webmail button next to the account you want to access.

Click on the Web application that you would like to use. You are now in the Webmail window for your default email address.
