Too Many Programs Running at Startup

The more programs you have loading on your PC, the longer it will take to boot up. Many times the software that you install initializes a process in the background that runs with Windows each time you turn on your PC. These items can slow down the boot process and take up memory. .

So what’s the solution?

Disable all unnecessary programs that are running in the background. Not sure which ones they are? Find out by clicking on the Start Up folder located in Start and All Programs. Search through the list and remove all unnecessary programs. Reboot your PC for the final test.
